We constituted advanced administration system, improved equipment level and accelerated IT usage to make the enterprise more competent. By introducing capital and talents, we upgrade production organization and technology continually and make the enterprise develop healthily. In order to raise product quality and technical content, we are introducing high-aptitude professionals and raising capital on technology and equipment. Now the factory has 21 senior and medium engineers including 2 professor-level senior engineers, recruiting graduates every year to build up a graded technical staff. During the latest 3 years, the factory got 29 new equipment and extended the workshop floor by 2500㎡ with an investment of 4.80 million RMB.
